The Timeline for Planetary Ascension is needing our participation and cooperation, to help to ease down the potentially disruptive events that could happen during the process of releasing everything that doesn't serve anymore to the Highest Good of the Planet and of Humankind. Therefore, the Light Forces are asking the help of everyone who would like to express their Unconditional Love and Co-Creation Powers to manifest a better Timeline for All.
The Light Forces will use the conjunction of Jupiter and Pluto in the next April's 4th and 5th, and take advantage of a wave of Divine Energy that will enter our Solar System. This will be used to create a Portal through our Collective Consciousness, in order to trigger the best possible outcome for the Planetary Ascension process. They need our manifested Co-Creative powers to help anchor through Unconditional Love the Light Energies on the Surface, in order to completely remove the Corona Virus, stop the fear generated in the Collective Consciousness (which feeds the Dark Ones) and help the planet to manifest a Better Timeline where Ascension will happen with less drastic effects for Humanity and for the Surface of the Planet.
As you know, everything is energy, everything is made up of protons, electrons and other subatomic particles that, condensed in different ways, can take the form of plasma, liquid, solid, or gas. The Corona Virus is not different. Energy follows our mental focus and the main mainstream media channels, which are still under the control of the Dark Forces, have been campaigning to instill fear around this artificially created virus in their laboratories:

Therefore, the Light Forces will be monitoring the whole situation and everyone who will participate in the Mass Meditation, not with the intention of judgment or merit, but to ensure that the Manifested Free Will of everyone involved will be used for the Deepest and Purest Intent and in accordance to the Higher Good of Humankind. Depending on the results of the meditation, the necessary measures will be taken in order to help as many people as possible, during the Planetary Ascension process.
Our Beloved Planet Earth will ascend to the 5D (that is, to another state of consciousness and a more subtle one, yet solid, but less dense matter). If Humankind does not adhere to its own Spiritual Elevations and avoid doing the necessary Healing of its own physical and emotional bodies, the consequences of the planet’s ascension would be made clear, possibly in the worst way, for those who do not rise. After all, much of Humankind is still keeping themselves in lower and dense frequencies and not doing their proper spiritual work at all.

The ideal scenario is to reach the maximum number of people, even from their homes, that can connect to the Collective Consciousness at the respective time. However, if it is not possible, you can do the meditation through the weekend, preferably in Meditation Groups or when you have a better time to calm you down and properly manifest your own intentions.
According to what the FM 144 blog already stated, it is really important to Do Not Forget to Protect Yourself Really Well both before, during and after the meditations and to separate and cleanse yourself from all negative energies.
"One of the main targets are also the mass meditations, which have taken place so numerously lately.
Some Starseeds complained that they feel extremely unwell after participating in these. The reason is that the meditations are currently bombarded severely (especially the ones during the Lions Gate Portal).

If you are using one of the many video or audio instructions for the meditations, and you feel uncomfortable while listening to it, then switch to another one that is comfortable for you (or record one yourself).
It can sometimes happen that the speaker of the instruction is currently not in a sufficiently pure state (due to the Quarantine, every Soul on the surface is to some extent affected by anomaly, some more, some less) or got attacked and therefore could serve as a portal for negative energies at that moment (but fortunately there are already many good instructions on the internet to choose from, and this work is of course much appreciated by the Light Forces ... this serves only as a small hint that especially the speakers of such instructions should be in a good energetic state during the recording).

Instructions for the Ascension Timeline Mass Meditation
1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to shift the planet into the most optimal timeline and as a tool to completely remove the coronavirus.
3. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being distributed to Central Suns of all galaxies in this universe. Then visualize this light entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through our Galaxy, then entering our Solar System and going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through all beings on planet Earth and also through your body to the center of the Earth.
4. Visualize this Light transmuting all remaining coronavirus on Earth, disinfecting all infected areas on the planet, healing all patients, removing all fear associated with this epidemic and restoring stability.
5. Visualize the course of events on planet Earth shifting into the most positive timeline possible, shifting away from all epidemics, away from all wars, away from all global domination. Visualize white, pink, blue and golden Light healing all inequalities, erasing all poverty and bringing abundance to all humanity.
