Silver Flame Pre-11~11 Meditation

Greetings dear LoveLights 💖

A warm welcome to all joining in this meditation circle for the first time, and much love and gratitude to everyone continuing to bring your Inner Divine Light through this circle of Universal Love (or in any other way) with and around the beautiful Earth!

Leading into the 11~11 Gateway for 2019, there’s a call from the Light Realms to anchor and radiate the vibration of the Silver Flame within and around the Earth’s energy field. The 11~11 aligns this year with a Transit of Mercury, which will be travelling in front of the Sun for about 5 hours on November 11th, and Mercury in its fully unveiled soul expression, anchors and radiates pure Silver Light, the vibration of Divine Grace which transcends all limitations and non-benevolent etheric/psychic/astral influences. The Silver Soul Light of Mercury opens the way for crystal clear inner transmissions and communications, and opens the way for the highest inflow of Golden Light of Solaris, the true Spiritual Sun, into our beings and Gaia’s light grids during this 11~11 Gateway.

This beautiful alignment is amplified even more deeply with this month’s Full Moon (11th-12th November) through which this activation will peak, and with the Full Moon in Taurus, the Bull constellation’s alpha star Aldebaran will also be optimally aligning the Ascension Light as it expresses through this star as a beacon and radiator of the Ruby Ray. Together, the Silver Flame & Ruby Ray reorganize and lift disturbed red energies into their natural creative passion/enlightened expression of life energies.

We’ll post an 11~11 meditation that connects all these alignments together for the Gateway. In preparation, there’s a Silver Flame meditation below, that can be focused with, leading up to November 11th. If this resonates for you, please ‘touch base’ with the Silver Flame daily throughout this next week, as even just a few minutes of simply visualising Silver Flame in your Heart centre with Unconditional Love, holding the intention of transcending all limiting factors and radiating this light through your aura and out around the planet, once or twice a day, assists in building momentum for yourself and the Whole coming up to this Gateway. 💖

Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and gently relax. Breathe… Relax… Know you are cradled in the eternal Love & Light of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love... Cradled in the pure Light of your Soul… Connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all assisting soul groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System.

Feel yourself bathed, embraced and always supported within the Infinite Love of eternal Source of all Life, radiating through your Soul and soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, all those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and through all life everywhere. Deep joy flows with this loving group and all within and around the Earth focusing for ascension within this great Wave of Loving Transformation.

Feel the warmest, most peaceful love & light filling you as you breathe into your heart, radiating from you like a Star as you breathe out, joyful, blissful, in harmony with the Universe. Honour the divine soul expression of the Infinite Source you are ~ we all are ~ all life is.

As you breathe the Light of Oneness into your being, know that the whole Earth, the energy field of the planet, all of Gaia’s higher dimensional light-grids, are being bathed continuously in Infinite Unconditional Love, flowing with Divine Presence.

As you breathe into your heart, feeling the pure point of Love you are, visualize or hold the intention of a soft Silver Flame forming in your heart centre. When the flame is bright and steady, let it expand outward through your whole body and aura field, filling you with a gentle stream of silver light. Feel your whole being bathed in the vibration of the Silver Flame ~ all limitations dissolving effortlessly in the flow of Divine Grace radiating to and through you and all of creation from the Heart of Source. As the Silver Flame washes through you with the transcendent vibration of Grace, feel yourself completely free of all beliefs, thought-forms and emotions that influence your capacity to align wholly to the Divine Light, Love and Peace present within you in every moment, and feel yourself now flowing free in the Silver Light of Divine Grace, light, blessed, and blissful.

As you breathe out, let the Silver Flame blossom like a flower and radiate further, spreading out around the whole planet, streaming through nodes, grids and meridians in union with Gaia’s crystalline heart light, immersing all living beings and the collective consciousness field of and around the Earth…with this intention:

We are the Light that transcends all limiting factors, we are pure conduits and anchors of Divine Grace, the vibration that naturally realigns all energies to the Oneness of Love, we are the Spirit that melts all resistant influences into true Peace and Joy. And So Be It.

Bathe in the vibration of the sacred Silver Flame, radiate it to All as the Soul of eternal Love you are, in unity with all anchoring and radiating this beautiful Light, and with all focusing with Universal Love into this Gateway and for Planetary Ascension:

We call through our beings the highest Ascension potential of Earth, in the pure Divine LoveLight flowing every moment, activating the natural impulse of Love, Compassion and Cherishment within all life on Earth, together as One in the network of Universal Love, radiating Unconditional Love through our beings in unity with Ascended Earth, the planetary light-grids, humanity and all life, in union with beloved Gaia. May the infinitely renewing Light of the Divinity Within unfold this Planetary Shift in ever deeper joy and peace. And So BE It.

Thank you all dear friends on Earth for BEing here, anchoring and flowing the Love you Are. Loving gratitude to you and all beings of Love guiding, supporting and assisting this beautiful planetary ascension,

Joanna & Ashura & Tanabor

Reminder about Mass Meditation on September 29

We would like to remind you about our Mass Meditation event with a physical activity that will happen next weekend, September 29, 2019.

The major idea behind this event is to organize local groups, that would gather together in a specific public place to participate in a Peaceful Mass Meditation in front of a local government building that represents the current "power" of your region.

To allow a proper organization in terms of logistics of commuting in your region, we suggest each group to respect the local TIMEZONE, so all groups would meet at 03:00 PM (15:00h) and would start the Mass Meditation at 05:00 PM (17:00h) in your LOCAL TIME.

We are publishing the information about the already identified groups in the following website:

And also in this other website (mainly for Portuguese speakers):

You still can organize a local group in your area. If you would like to be the organizer of a group, please create a public contact (Public Facebook Group, Public E-mail Group or Public E-mail address) and send your information to ukeron.white@gmail.com mentioning the address of the meeting point.

When you think that, for any reasons, you can't join a group in a public place, we would like to ask you to join us with your intentions during the time of the Mass Mediation in your house or in a place where you feel comfortable.

We would like to manifest our CO-CREATIVE intention and send a clear signal to the general society expressing our desire for a world where TRUTH, LOVE, and PLANETARY PEACE are the REALITY that governs our life on Planet Earth.

We support FULL DISCLOSURE, in a sense that we understand that humanity is already READY to know all that is being hidden from us since eons.

The detailed information about this Mass Meditation can be found in the following article:

September Equinox 2019

The name equinox comes from the Latin aequus (equal) and nox (night), this occurs when days and nights are approximately equal in length. We have an equinox twice a year – spring and fall – when the tilt of the Earth’s axis and Earth’s orbit around the sun combine in such a way that the axis is inclined neither away from nor toward the sun - on the Northern Hemisphere, the sun is rising later now and nightfall comes sooner, while on the South of the Equator, spring is about to begin.

The earliest humans spent more time outside than we do. They used the sky as both a clock and a calendar. They could easily see that the sun’s path across the sky, the length of daylight, and the location of the sunrise and sunset all shift in a regular way throughout the year.

Our ancestors built the first observatories to track the sun’s progress. One example is at Machu Picchu in Peru, where the Intihuatana stone, shown below, has been shown to be a precise indicator of the date of the two equinoxes and other significant celestial periods. The word Intihuatana, by the way, literally means for tying the sun.

The Intihuatana stone at Machu Picchu, Peru.

Other time precision instrument that arrived to our days from the European cultures is the Wheel of the Year, an annual cycle of seasonal festivals, observed by many modern Pagans, consisting of the year's chief solar events (solstices and equinoxes) and the midpoints between them. While names for each festival vary among diverse pagan traditions, syncretic treatments often refer to the four solar events as "quarter days" and the four midpoint events as "cross-quarter days", particularly in Wicca. Differing sects of modern Paganism also vary regarding the precise timing of each celebration, based on distinctions such as lunar phase and geographic hemisphere.

The eight-armed sun cross is a neopagan symbol which has inscripted the festivals or seasons celebrated by the ancient Northern European cultures.

In many traditions of modern Pagan cosmology, all things are considered to be cyclical, with time as a perpetual cycle of growth and retreat tied to the Sun's annual death and rebirth. This cycle is also viewed as a micro and macrocosm of other life cycles in an immeasurable series of cycles composing the Universe.

In the night sky, Fomalhaut – the autumn star for the Northern Hemisphere – is making its way across the heavens each night. It appears in a part of the sky that’s largely empty of bright stars. For this reason, in skylore, Fomalhaut is often called the Lonely One or Solitary One. It’s an easy star to spot.

View southward around 9 p.m. in mid-September, from the Northern Hemisphere. In 2019, Fomalhaut has company, the 2 bright planets Jupiter and Saturn can be found near it in the sky.

Astrologically, Jupiter square Neptune is a major planetary aspect occurring this year. There are three exact square aspects between January and September 2019, and we are now crossing the last one. The present conjunction brings some magically creative gifts that do, however, need some application and a certain amount of discipline to be fully realized. Developing our gifts to their full potential requires hard work. The realization that there are no shortcuts to success gives us a very strong faith. Our work is a manifestation of our hopes and dreams. Is a good time to develop our Inner Work, starting from self observation about what we think, we talk, and we do.

September Equinox is on Monday, 23 September 2019, 07:50 AM UTC. Please, check below your local time or consult the website here:

Los Angeles: Monday, September 23 at 12:50 AM PDT
New York: Monday, September 23 at 03:50 AM EDT
London: Monday, September 23 at 08:50 AM BST
Paris/Berlin: Monday, September 23, at 09:50 AM CEST
Hong Kong: Monday, September 23, at 03:50 PM HKT

For this specific time we would like to suggest something different. People have a very stressing life on this Planet, and the consequence of being in such environment makes us developing the lack of connection with ourselves. In a way, everything external is more important than a moment of stillness, our senses have been used abusively to stay constantly over stress and in survival mode. Understanding the meaning of the energies of this equinox, we invite you to join in a simple meditation that only takes what is really necessary - yourself!

Guided Meditation

Take our time to become quiet and comfortable.
Starting breathe-in and breathe-out (x3)... be aware of who you are:

I AM Alive!
I AM a Soul!
I AM the completion of the whole that I AM!

I Honor and Enjoy the moment I gift to myself :

I AM Peace,
I AM Love,
I AM MY LIGHT,
I AM MY SHADOW,

I AM ONE with the Cosmic Consciousness:
here, now and forever.

Happy autumn, Northern Hemisphere!
Happy spring, Southern Hemisphere!
Prosperous season to everybody!

Phoenix Full Moon Meditation - September 14, 2019

The full moon on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at 21° Pisces joins Neptune and brings a test of faith because of Jupiter square Neptune disappointments. Mars joins this aspect to form a T-square that increases the risk of deception and confusion because of moodiness, anger and, impulsive actions.

This moon is called Harvest Moon because is associated with the start of the autumnal equinox, especially for those living in the Northern Hemisphere, but it can be also the Phoenix Moon, has the moon is now at Phoenix Constellation. The strongest aspect to this full moon is a supportive one to Pluto so this is definitely a full moon for positive transformation and rebirth.

The highest peak of will be at 04:32 AM UTC of September 14th 2019, and it is exactly when this meditation will take place. Please, check below your local time or consult the website here:

Los Angeles: Friday, September 13 at 09:32 PM PDT

London: Saturday, September 14 at 05:32 AM BST
Paris/Berlin: Saturday September 14, at 06:32 AM CEST
Hong Kong: Saturday September 14, at 12:32 PM HKT

For this specific time, we would like propose the meditation that was done on last Lion's Portal Gate. Feel free to join in this blessing times of high self transformation.

GUIDED MEDITATION:

Beloved Glorious, I AM Presence, Light of my soul, may the Light of Cosmic Illumination, the Light of Cosmic Victory and Love to be poured into the Earth from all available Sources, like the Light of a thousand suns to permeate the atmosphere of the Earth, to saturate all His people and His many kingdoms.

[take a deep breath, inhale and exhale]

That all negativity, illusion, glamor and karma are transmuted by that Great Cosmic Light of God, which never fails.

May the Great Golden Age of Enlightenment, Love, Peace, Brotherhood and Prosperity for all now settle on our beloved planet by the action of this Great Cosmic Light.

[take a deep breath, inhale and exhale]

By the authority of my Beloved I AM Presence and the authority of each Beloved I AM Presence of Humanity, all the Kingdoms of the Earth, the Light of the Mother/Father, by the authority of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood I decree:

[take a deep breath, inhale and exhale]

As the Son / Daughter of God, "I AM" the authority on Earth, and "I AM" now calls for action of the Light of a thousand suns to be released now on this beloved planet for the immediate transformation of the Earth in the "shining Star" which is His destiny and for the elevation of all humanity in their Eternal Freedom in the Kingdoms of Light and Divine Perfection.

[take a deep breath, inhale and exhale]

I ask that the Light that is needed to manifest the Kingdom of God on Earth, as it is in Paradise, be released now unlimited in compliance and in absolute alignment with the Divine Plan of the First Creator for the Earth, all Humanity and all the Kingdoms of the Earth.

And so, I AM Beloved.

VICTORY OF THE LIGHT!

Impact of Black Super New Moon in Virgo

The Black Super New Moon in Virgo happened few hours ago.

Some Mass Meditations have been synchronised with the peak time of the moon in Virgo, that happened at 10:37 AM UTC, August 30, 2019.

We can already see the impact of the Mass Meditations and of the actions being taken by the Galactic Command through the graphics of the Schumann Resonance.

Many times we simply lose hope and find that nothing is happening around us.

Whatch for the signs around you.

Stop believing on the narrative being presented by the mass media or the controllers.

Start to focus your INTENTION in the CREATION of the FUTURE that YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE.

The Matrix is trying to make us forget about WHO WE ARE.

We are the CO-CREATORS of our OWN REALITY.

Is time to wake up to this fact and to start creating what we would like to experience.

The vibration of planet Earth is getting higher and higher.

Is our choice to follow this trend.

The Planet Earth already decided to experience a New Reality.

Catastrophic Events, Mass Meditations and Protection Protocols

There are many concerns surrounding recent catastrophic events, particularly forest fires occurring in the Amazon rainforest region.

As mentioned earlier, Galactic Command Forces are doing their best to control the situation, but it has also been mentioned that possible catastrophic events could occur, and such events would occur so that the necessary energy cleansing occurs.

Planet earth is also a living being, it has its own consciousness, and all events that occur on the planet's surface are also reflections of energetic cleansing movements that occur with the planetary consciousness itself.

We are getting very close to the end of an era and the beginning of a new reality, the New Age of Aquarius. It is natural for movements to occur that are apparently dramatic. All accumulated and unreleased karma must come to the surface to be recognized and healed. This happens on a personal and Soul level, also on a Planetary level.

"Cataclysmic events around the Event will occur more quickly than previously planned, as Earth/Gaia as a conscious living being has decided to cast off all darkness as she has reached her limit of suffering … and she wants to rest."

The dark forces knew such catastrophic moments would occur, so because they planned escape routes, they would not like to be on the planet during the transition phase. Since the Galactic Command has decreed the energy block, no being can leave the surface of the planet. Everything that has been created so far needs to be cleaned. The negative ones are without their escape routes, so this is mainly why they are attacking everyone around, they can sense that their own defeat is already a matter of fact.

We would like to mention that many bases of negative Reptilian beings and negative Draco beings still persist in the South of the Latin American continent, as well as underground bases of remanescents of Nazi Negative forces. Those bases are being cleared or will be cleared at some point.

"The Dark Ones/Cabal also know about the forthcoming cataclysmic events and that they will therefore no longer be able to stay on this planet. The first thing they did was to create the narrative about man-made climate change, to blame their slaves once again for everything and everyone and to perform one last great theft of money by taxation before the curtain falls."

"As far as cataclysmic events are concerned, the Cosmic Central Race announced that in South America there will be massive eruptions of a lot of volcanoes about the same time, and along the American West Coast there will be a breaking of the tectonic plates, emerging from the Mojave Desert."

"The Grid has been temporary filled with huge amount of anomaly (removal in progress), which of course provides an ideal breeding ground for energetic attacks on Lightworkers as well as for various negative physical events that have occurred in recent days and weeks (be it on a global scale through mass shootings/stabbing rampages/sudden "suicides", or even just when people in one’s own environment seems to be going mad)."

We would like to stress the importance of the Mass Meditations. There are already a lot of calls for Mass Meditations being spread around the internet. You can look for one or promote your own. You can also use the guidelines of one of our mass meditations already published under our SURFACOM website.

We should focus our attention and use our CO-CREATIVE POWERS to manifest a reality where the karmic cleansing will happen in a better way for everyone, for all incarnated Souls and animals, as well for the Planetary Consciousness.

We would like to stress the fact that we also need to take care and use all necessary means for our own protection.

Please read carefully the instructions provided below:

"One of the main targets are also the mass meditations, which have taken place so numerously lately.

Some Starseeds complained that they feel extremely unwell after participating in these. The reason is that the meditations are currently bombarded severely (especially the ones during the Lions Gate Portal).

The Dark Ones, of course, also know when these meditations take place and will counter ritualize and irradiate them with neg. energies. They partially pump anomaly into the participants, especially into those who aren’t protected or can’t protect themselves that well.

The meditations are still extremely helpful and powerful and should be continued, of course! But it is not intended that Starseeds get harmed by participation.

So, it is extremely important to take appropriate energetic precautions before (and after) participation, which should also be pointed out and made more clear in the various instructions of these mediations.

It is advisable to energetically protect, camouflage and clean oneself and the location you are at, before and also after the meditations (cleaning is important in order not to serve as a portal for negative energies during meditation).

After the meditation one should also consciously separate oneself from it again, also from all other participants, as well as close and protect all energetic accesses to oneself.

It is also advisable to mindfully erase all energetic traces left behind on the non-physical levels so that one cannot be traced back by negative beings, as long as they still exist in the Grid.

If you are using one of the many video or audio instructions for the meditations, and you feel uncomfortable while listening to it, then switch to another one that is comfortable for you (or record one yourself).

It can sometimes happen that the speaker of the instruction is currently not in a sufficiently pure state (due to the Quarantine, every Soul on the surface is to some extent affected by anomaly, some more, some less) or got attacked and therefore could serve as a portal for negative energies at that moment (but fortunately there are already many good instructions on the internet to choose from, and this work is of course much appreciated by the Light Forces ... this serves only as a small hint that especially the speakers of such instructions should be in a good energetic state during the recording).

It is also a good idea to ask Archangel Michael, the Ashtar Command, the Felines, the CCR etc. for energetic protection during the meditations, and also afterwards."

You can use our Decree of Protection before and after your own meditations. You can make it mentally or verbally, you can print this Decree, add your name and keep it closer to you or closer to the place that you use to calm down and do your meditations.

Black Super New Moon Meditation in Virgo - August 30th, 2019

August brought us some astronomic conjunctions that have pulled us all to the extremes in our mental and emotional capabilities. The effects of the Thunder Moon and the Lion's Gate, are examples where the influx of energies represented a quantum shift in the collective consciousness. In order to continue our work, we would like to invite you to the next meditation that will take place at the end of this month. Let's move on and end this cycle with the Golden Key in our hands!

The next New Moon will have their highest peak at 10:37 AM UTC, exactly when this meditation will take place. Please, check below your local time or consult the website here:

Los Angeles: Friday, August 30 at 3:37 AM PDT
New York: Friday, August 30 at 6:37 AM EDT
London: Friday, August 30 at 11:37 AM BST
Paris/Berlin: Friday, August 30 at 12:37 PM CEST
Hong Kong: Friday, August 30 at 06:37 PM HKT

A Black Super New Moon is the phenomenon when both, a black moon and a super new moon, occurs at the same time. The term super moon is used to describe when the moon is at its closest approach to Earth. The super moons usually attract the skywatchers when the moon is full and the skies are clear, because of its size to the naked eye, however super new moons are less exciting because of their invisibility from Earth.

This year began with three super full moons, on January 21, February 19, and March 21. This cycle will end now with three new moons, August 1, August 30, and September 28. While North America’s Black Moon occurred slightly earlier on July 31, the next two Black New Moons will only take place in Europe, respectively the last two dates pointed above. The astrological outcome may give us some help to understand what is coming.

Astrologically, August 30 New Moon at 06°46′ Virgo is conjunct Mars by one degree as shown in the astral chart below. This alone makes for a very strong moon phase because Mars rules strength, conjunctions are the strongest of planetary aspects, and the aspect orb of one degree is very strong.

Mars is generally considered a malefic planet, because of its aggressive, combative and destructive attributes. But this is a friendly new moon because of the loving influence of Venus and the communicative influence of Mercury. Plus, the strongest aspect of this new moon is the harmonious trine aspect to Uranus, bringing welcome change and excitement. There are no major fixed stars close to this new moon.

The August 2019 New Moon is the best moon phase in a very long time for starting something new or reenergizing yourself. Mars, Mercury, and Venus together, presents a good combination that influence searches our most passionate desires and share them with the world. It is especially good for romance so you could find your true soul mate or reinvigorate a marriage. The new moon in good aspect to Uranus which adds excitement and positive change.

Because - WE ARE THE ONES WHO WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR - let's use this moment to uplift our lives, now IT IS our TIME and OPPORTUNITY to MAKE IT HAPPEN. And, for this particular meditation, we would invite you to follow these instructions that were given by the Light Forces to help us to connect and cooperate with the Cosmic Central Race.

Meditation Instructions:

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.

2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool for the Planetary Liberation.

3. Visualize Beings from the Cosmic Central Race emanating from the Cosmic Central Sun, then being dispersed through Central Suns of all Galaxies in this Universe. Then visualize these Beings entering through the Galactic Central Sun, then going through Alcyone Pleiadian Stargate, then going through the Sirius Stargate, then entering our Solar System and being positioned inside our Solar System in a Flower of Life mandala, and then connecting with all Light Forces above the surface, below the surface, and on the surface of the Planet Earth.

4. Visualize Beings from the Cosmic Central Race transmuting all remaining darkness of this Universe until only Light remains. Visualize a New Grand Cosmic Cycle beginning, bringing pure Light, Love and Happiness to all Beings in the entire Universe, as we all reached the complete Victory of the Light in all Universe.

Meditation of the Twin Flames Meeting, Planetary Healing and Reconnection with The ONE Eternal Creator - August 15, 2019

Within the powerful influence of the Lion's Gate, which goes from July 26th to August 12th, because of the alignment of the star Sirius with our Sun, we come to propose you the following meditation with the intention of enjoying this phase of great personal and collective transformation to align with our Twin Flame, and together work on Planetary healing and reconnection and reintegration with the One Eternal Creator.

On August 15 we will have the Full Moon, also known as the Sturgeon Moon, or the Harvest Moon, this in the northern hemisphere, and according Farmer’s Almanac, who states that “Some Native American tribes called the August Moon the Sturgeon Moon because they knew that the sturgeon of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain were most readily caught during this Full Moon.”. In the southern hemisphere, the meaning will be different, as it is stills in winter, the natural resources available are scarcer, and this makes this same moon have symbolically an opposite connotation to the expressions used by the Native Americans, among some expressions used, it could be called the Snow Moon, Storm Moon, Hunger Moon, or Wolf Moon.

The Full Moon of August 15 will have its higher peak at 12:29 UTC, and it would be at this time that we invite you for this meditation. Check out the correct time below in your local time, or check the website here:

Los Angeles: Thursday, August 15 at 5:29 AM PDT
New York: Thursday, August 15 at 8:12 AM EDT
London: Thursday, August 15 at 1:29 PM BST
Paris/Berlin: Thursday, August 15 at 14:29 PM CEST
Hong Kong: Thursday, August 15 at 8:28 PM HKT

Astrologically, the full moon of August 15th appears at 22º24' in Aquarius, this one in opposition to Venus. Another aspect will be Mars and Pluto, which brings to the surface the potential for anger, jealousy, intimidation and impulsive actions.

If you are already experiencing stress, anxiety, and unexpected changes in your love life, the current quadrature highlights the need for patience, understanding, and unconditional love in the next two weeks - this is because the full moon always relates to the previous new moon - in this case, the new moon of 31 July. This cycle will be finished on the next new moon, August 30th.

Facing the challenges that the current situation presents, both personally and collectively, we reserve this meditation especially for working on the aspects that require our attention. We know that the Planet needs our help and we decided to take action, this time in line with the extent of our Divine expression - the Twin Flame - because together we are and represent the insoluble Oneness, and we have the infinite power to heal or reverse any situation, whatever it is. Let us then proceed further in the evolutionary steps until we reach the full liberation of this Planet.

Before following the instructions, we would like to suggest to anyone who is accompanied by partner, boyfriend, spouse, if possible, to organize your time so that you can perform this meditation presently together. For singles, you can do it alone, or you can invite someone who is meaningful in your life to join in. It doesn't have to be the opposite sex, it can be a friend, a family member, someone you feel good about and like to talk to. It may even be your pet. Open yourself to those who help you connect with the good within yourself and celebrate the moment together - look into each other's eyes and feel thankful that you are here and now sharing the frequency of Love with the whole universe.

Meditation instructions:

1. Make your own self-relaxation and anchoring in your I AM Presence. Feel, breathe and nourish yourself in your own Light.

2. Visualize a sphere Golden Light that comes to you. It is in this sphere of Golden Light that the encounter with your Twin Flame takes place. Regardless of where he or she is, it will manifest there with you now. Feel your energies fields expanding and merging in each other.

3. In full communion, tune to the Heart of Gaia - the center of this Planet. Feel the pulse of your Heart synchronized with Gaia, remain for a moment in this sacred and deep union that leads you to enjoy the smells of nature, the birdsong, the sweet breeze of the wind in your face… the sound of the waterfall, the course of the rivers, the waves of the sea and the raindrops. Realize and feel the movement of the trees, the witnesses of this holy communion, embracing and dropping their leaves and flowers upon you - offering to your Oneness.

4. Now in this moment - united as ONE - expands your energy field, and with Love, bring your awareness to the abandoned boy and girl, the helpless young mother, those who lie sick in bed, the dumb, the blind, the beggars, the misunderstood, the victims of persecution and war, the forest peoples, the native Indians, the animals, their journey brothers, family, whether they are... friends or acquaintances, and even strangers, Light Warriors and Light Workers. Focus also the Astral field of Gaia.

5. Pay attention at the number of Souls who still imprisoned in the lower astral realms, many of them children, victims of abuse and terrifying experiences that has perpetuated over them beyond the experience they had when incarnated. Observe and embrace them in your HEART / Sacred Consciousness, filled with Love and Compassion. Do this for a moment.

6. Ask mentally the forgiveness of those who once hurt and forgive those who once had hurt you: We both did it because we didn't know yet how to love and now we are learning together. Let this forgiveness be manifested in all Timelines and Dimensions from now on. Release this Energy to be transmuted in the Heart of Gaia, the High Spiritual Hierarchy that governs this Solar System, this Galaxy, and the One Eternal Creator.

7. Feel the flow of the ONE resonating with the Earth's Native Soul. Visualize a powerful Violet Flame penetrating and enveloping the Collective Consciousness, as awakening our sacred origins. See how the beings are quickly regenerated, smiling, feeling joy, respect and utter cordiality with their own Life, all Life in this Planet and beyond. Feel the Universal Harmony vibrating in unison in all Beings. Keep this visualization for a moment.

8. Feel how this powerful frequency of Love from God and Goddess harmonizes and allows the reconnection of all elements, whether they are, if the physical, etheric or any other planes, as well as in all kingdoms, mineral, vegetable, animal or devic.

9. Now visualize the powerful Rainbow Spiral enveloping our Planet. This beautiful frequency of Divine Love and Light spreading throughout the whole Universe.

10. At the end, decree:

In the name of my presence I AM what I AM.
I AM the healing and full connection with the Source.
I AM also You, and together We are the Great Universal Family and the Fullness of Creation.

It is done and so it is!

Mass Meditation during the Lion's Gate Portal on August 8, 2019

Join the Mass Meditation during the "Lion's Gate Portal" on August 8, 2019 at 08:08 AM or 08:08 PM on your timezone. You may do this meditation during the Lion's Gate Portal on the suggested time or at any time that fits better to your daily schedule. You can also follow this guidelines till the end of the Lion's Stargate Cycle, that will happen till August 23, 2019.

Sirius is a blue star that is twenty times brighter than the Sun. Sirius is a powerful portal for new energies pouring into our Universe. The heliacal rising of Sirius takes place on July 26th. It is concurrent with the annual opening of the Sirius Stargate known as the Lion’s Gate – called the Lion’s Gate because the Sun moves into Leo at this time. The constellation of the Lion, guards the entrance to the Sirius Stargate. The energy of the Lion’s Stargate continues through until August 12th. The potent energies of change are most potent at this time particularly on the 8th of the 8th month. These energies are also available for us to use, at a less potent rate during the rest of the year.

When the Vortex is open it will fill you with Light, a Light that will change, grow, transmute and transform you. Through it, it will flow the Light and Love that can allow you to transcend what has been, and to create what will be. It is through the gateway represented by the brilliant blue-white star Sirius – that all the energy enters your universe – the energy that is your very Soul and Spirit, the energy of your Higher Self… This is a time of new birth and of new life. It is the time of the grandest transmutation, the grandest transformation and yes, of the grandest transcendence that has ever occurred. The Goddess is returning and She brings with Her a Light, a Light that once lit, cannot be extinguished.

Welcome to Leo Season!

The Sun moves into the fiery sign of Leo on July 22nd until August 23, 2019. During this period, the Universe will be inviting us to find our inner power and strength through relaxing and having fun!

What makes you feel powerful? What helps you tune into the inner lion or lioness within?

While hardships and struggles can make us stronger, we feel true power when we are happy. When we are in a relaxed and happy state, we feel confident, loving, open, and ready to take on whatever the world brings our way. In that moment when we are laughing or experiencing real joy, all our worries melt away and no pain can touch us.

Under the energy of Leo Season, the Universe is reminding us that there is a strength and power in joy that can lift us up, inspire us, motivate us, and heal us. So many of us feel disheartened about what we see in the world. So many of us get caught up in the struggle of day to day living. While we all have to deal with the heavy realities of life, we have to be mindful of not allowing them to beat us down.

Leo Season beckons us to take a break from our pain and suffering and to instead, go out into the world and find joy again, find our motivation again, find our heart and soul again. While the Leo Sun in July 2019 will be helping us to heal from the Eclipses, the Leo Sun in August 2019 is much brighter and our chance to lighten the loads on our backs and on our hearts.

August Leo Season is a time to relax and find the fun and romance! Take a vacation or weekend getaway, start a new class, go on a romantic date, or do something you have always talked about doing. Inspire yourself. Invite love and relaxation in. Fall in love with your life again. For when you do, you will feel powerful, strong, and motivated to move through not only the rest of the year, but the rest of your life.

There is a big wide world out there to see and billions of people to meet, to love, and to learn from. While it’s easy to get focused on the tragedies and terrors of what happens in this world, we have to also remember to focus on the beauty that Mother Earth and humanity has to offer.

When we look for it, we will find it, for what we focus on expands, what we think and feel radiates around us. This radiating energy is our vibration, and our vibration shapes how we view our reality. When we focus on love and joy, our vibration lifts and expands. We become more powerful, we become stronger, we become more confident, and we can find the strength to lead the life of our dreams. When we focus on destruction, chaos, pain, and suffering, our vibration shrinks and dims and we slowly get beaten down by life. We feel helpless, fearful, and we lose hope that tomorrow can be brighter.

Venturing into this state is part of the human condition, but if you have been hanging out here too long, and feeling sucked dry by what is going on in the world around you or even inside your home, this Leo Season is your chance to push it to the side, and to give yourself permission to focus on joy.

Let the joy in. Let the light in. And just like the lion, become the King or Queen of your own domain. You are a co-creator on this journey, and what you choose to create all starts with how you choose to see the world. So, focus on what you want, focus on raising your joy levels higher, and watch how things shift. Watch how your being can become a vehicle for peace on Earth.

The sign of Leo also rules over the heart chakra and by making time to rest and relax, and opening to joy, we can strengthen the energy and aura of our heart. With a strong heart, there is very little we can’t achieve. With a strong heart, we can remain tuned in and connected but also present with our lives and the world around us.

Under the Leo Sun, invite joy, confidence, and love into your life through positive action, elevating your thinking, and making time to relax and unwind. Keep it simple, keep it light, and use the lion as your spirit animal to guide you through the season.

“In truth, I’m not my body, my race, religion, or other beliefs, and neither is anyone else. The real self is infinite and much more powerful - a complete and whole entity that isn’t broken or damaged in any way. The infinite me already contains all the resources I need to navigate through life because I am One with Universal energy. In fact, I AM Universal energy.”

By the authority of my Beloved I AM Presence and the authority of each Beloved I AM Presence of Humanity, all the Kingdoms of the Earth, the Light of the Mother / Father, by the authority of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood I decree:
