The End of Quarantine Status



The time to present a better overview of the Plan for Planetary Liberation being carried by The Jupiter Command, by The Ashtar Command and by all other Galactic Commands arrived. This project is being carried by the Galactic Confederation of Light for thousands of years, demanded a lot of coordination between different groups and races and took many lifetimes of our incarnated members. Everything is being coordinated from a higher perspective, even when it appears that each member is working alone or without any "apparent" support.

A lot of information was already presented by different sources and narratives and is natural that more than one narrative is correct since each narrative is being presented by a different group, race, command or even by beings which reside in different dimensions.

Please understand that the narrative that is being presented here is one particular point of view of our incarnated members of the SURFACOM - Surface Command. We ask you to use your own discernment to evaluate the information being presented here, since we believe that each BEING or SOUL is able to validate each piece of information independently. We suggest you to always use your inner discernment, your inner compass that is your HEART, your strong connection between your brain/mind and your heart/consciousness. You have everything that you need within you. Always trust in your "gut feeling" and use your own discernment to navigate through the times that are ahead of us.

The war to end all wars is in its final stages, the long-awaited "PEACE ON EARTH" is very close to becoming a reality. The Light has already Won, even when it appears that the opposite is happening. The dark ones were always proud to be extremely intelligent and coordinated, but they lack the connection to the Primary Source so they can't understand what LOVE is all about. They are being defeated because the Light Forces already learned how to disarm all their exotic bombs and apparatus. The dark ones are just nothing without their exotic technology. Remember that is always darkest before the dawn. We are in the final stages of the master plan to clean this Universe from all darkness. A bright future is already anxiously awaiting for us.


The Beginning of Duality and The Galactic Wars





Is really hard to be precise about when exactly the Galactic Wars started. There are different narratives and the timespan can be broad as millions of years to billions of years or even more in our current timescale. We will not focus too much on how everything developed from the beginning. We will try to bring some awareness of what is being played in the Planetary Scale in the last cycle of 26,000 years, taking into consideration the information that we already managed to gather around and trying to put them in perspective.

Through time, the dark forces started to have an advantage over the Light Forces. They knew that the Light Forces wanted to preserve the LIFE FORMS, the majority of the species in the planets being conquered by the Dark Ones, so the Dark Ones started to develop their agenda using mainly this approach as a shield for their own dark intentions. They developed over time the "hostage" approach, where they were constantly using the races controlled by them as a way to get advantages over the Light Forces. Also, they used their exotic weapons to threaten the population of the conquered planets and to force the Light Forces to sign "non-interference" agreements.


To completely understand the situation on this planet we need to go back to a specific period of the Galactic history when the dark forces were created. They have chosen Rigel star system in the Orion constellation as their main stronghold from where they controlled their galactic empire.

They have soon discovered that taking hostages gave them the most efficient leverage against the Light forces because the Light forces cared about their people and have hindered their actions many times so that the Light beings which were taken hostage by the dark would not get hurt.

The dark forces have been developing their hostage leverage mechanisms and at the same time developing exotic weaponry technologies that were wreaking havoc across the Galaxy, destroying entire planets, erasing entire civilizations.

At a certain point they developed their most efficient hostage leverage mechanism. They have demanded that the Source stops giving intel to the Ascended Masters and to the Galactic Confederation about the clandestine activities and plans of the dark forces or they threatened to destroy large sectors of the Galaxy.

Since then, the Light forces stopped receiving intel about a certain part of activities of the dark forces. This has created a cosmic energy split between Light and Dark throughout all dimensions and was the beginning of duality. On the fifth dimension and above, darkness manifested simply as absence of intel and lack of understanding how to resolve the cosmic situation. From then on, certain races have begun to believe that darkness and suffering are a necessary ingredient of life experience, as night follows the day and day follows the night.

This allowed the dark forces to turn their Rigel stronghold into the first true quarantine where no Light could enter since the Ascended Beings did not receive intel about the activities going on Rigel and therefore could not send Light and Love to heal situations there. In secret, the dark forces have developed their most deadly weapon there, the strangelet bomb.

Strangelet bomb is a conglomerate of heavy quarks, called strange quarks:

When this conglomerate is put under extreme pressure and temperature it begins a chain reaction of changing ordinary matter into strange matter:

If such a chain reaction would not be stopped, just one stangelet bomb could annihilate the whole known universe. Fortunately, the Light forces always had technology to drastically limit the radius of a strangelet bomb. Still a strangelet bomb is a much more deadly weapon than a thermonuclear bomb.

Through millions of years, the dark forces have produced a few physical and quite many more etheric strangelet bombs and stored them on Rigel.

25,000 years ago they have created their second quarantine stronghold on planet Earth and transported part of their strangelet bombs and other exotic weaponry there. This weaponry was the real reason why the Galactic Confederation has not intervened during the Nazi holocaust, Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear explosions, Stalinist purges or the Rwanda genocide. At that time the Galactic Confederation did not know exactly what weaponry the dark have on their disposal, they only knew that if they intervened it could lead to disastrous consequences.

Throughout the 20th century, the Confederation has been removing obstacles to the First Contact one after the other until in 1995 they were ready to make their move. This triggered a red alert among the top Archons on Earth at that time and they have decided to call in all remaining dark forces of the Galaxy to defend quarantine Earth. This resulted in the so-called Congo Archon invasion of 1996.

For a brief period of a few years, the dark forces have managed to control most star systems in radius of 1000 light years around planet Earth, except from Sirius star system. They have even managed to invade the Pleiadian star cluster in 1996 and this is how it looked like:




This was a great shock for the Pleiadian race as they have spent hundreds of thousands of years in peace before the invasion.

Rigelians have even taken a a small number of Pleiadians hostage, transported them to Earth into deep military underground bases under Southwest and microchipped them. This is how it could actually look like in Dulce base somewhere in 1996 or 1997:




The Galactic Confederation has liberated Pleiades in 1999 and the Resistance has liberated Pleiadian captives from Dulce and other bases in 2001, but the Pleiadian race needed almost a decade to recover from shock completely and to be able to fully participate in the Galactic Confederation operations for the liberation of planet Earth.

In the time period between 1996 and 1999, all Rigelian strangelet bombs and other exotic weaponry was transferred to planet Earth. The vast majority of the physical exotic weaponry was removed by the Resistance until 2004, but a great portion on etheric exotic weaponry remained until very recently.

Among other exotic weapons I would mention physical antigravity scalar weapons. All of them were removed by 2004 and the Resistance does not allow any such weapons to be developed by military industrial complex ever again. The Resistance does however support the development of antigravity technology for peaceful purposes:

Since 1999, the Ascended Masters, the Galactic Confederation and the Resistance Movement are actively removing layers upon layers of exotic etheric technologies from quarantine Earth. Each time one layer is removed, the Ascended Master receive intel about the next layer from the Source. Then Confederation and Resistance personnel removes that next etheric layer. This process was ongoing in the same way until a few weeks ago when a drastic breakthrough was made.

The Ascended Masters have then receive intel from the Source about ALL remaining etheric dark forces and their technologies. This has effectively dissolved the basic foundation of the reality system of duality and removed the foundation of power of the top Archons on this planet. The insane reality of dark opposing the Light will soon collapse and then only Light will remain and all suffering will be gone forever.

As of March 8th, 2014, only one last layer of etheric Archons and their exotic etheric weaponry remains. The vast majority of etheric Reptilians are gone, most of their technologies are gone, there is mainly a small group of crazy Archons with their exotic etheric weapons. Whether they have strangelet bombs or something else is unclear as that intel is still withheld for security reasons. This is the only factor remaining which prevents the Event right now. How long will this layer last is also unclear for the same reasons.


~ March 10, 2014 - Quarantine Earth Endgame:


Unfortunately what happened on Planet Earth was not so different from all other planets being conquered and dominated by the Dark Ones.

Taking into consideration all the situation and having to face the reality of a real war in Galactic Terms, the Light Forces also had to develop their own approach. Sometimes, to be a "peacekeeper" you end up being forced to make war in order to bring peace. Not because you want to fight, but because you are drawn to the conflict by the opposite forces and because this is the only way to bring sustainable peace in the long term.

Is it also worthy to mention that took many thousands of years for the Galactic Confederation of Light to understand how the advanced exotic weapons being developed by the dark forces were made, and it also took them a lot of time and effort to learn how to disarm such exotic weaponry. If the Light Forces didn't interfere more openly before it was because of the real risk of triggering the detonation of such bombs that would potentially wipe out the Entire Planet or even huge chunks of our know physical universe causing more pain and suffering.


The Terraform Project and the Development of Human Avatar





Earth's surface, like the rest of the Solar System, has been obliterated during the Galactic Wars millions of years in the past. The current TERRAFORM project was initially a joint effort of the Galactic Confederation of Light. Because of the Galactic Wars, a lot of souls involved in the Galactic Wars still needed to experience duality because they were still unable to learn how to love or respect each other.

All beings who had violated the first law "Thou shalt not kill," the second law "Love thy neighbor as thyself," and the third law "Respect the free will of thy neighbor," were enclosed in a great Frequency Barrier or Veil and called to their responsibilities by restarting their cycle of reincarnation on 37 planets of exile including Planet Earth. This was supposed to be a temporary exile to, starting from a new DNA containing the hereditary heritage of all the great (warring) empires, end competitiveness at once. This is how the DNA of terrestrial humans has a hereditary charge of the 22 cosmic races that hated each other for religious, political, and other reasons.

This project was being carried out by different Galactic Civilizations through the period of the last million years or so. Some of those civilizations were not exactly aware of the master plan being developed by higher dimensional beings. This is also the truth when talking about the last arrivals, the Annunaki's who wiped out all the previous knowledge of ancient civilizations and portrayed themselves as the "creator gods" of humanity.

763,132 BC: Colonials from the Orion star system (Rigel and Betelgeuse systems) arrived. Orion established their first biosphere in Euromani, China.

741,237 BC: Capella (Ursa major) established a biosphere at the base of Mt. Yogen in southern Chile.

701,655 BC: Vegans (Lyrans - our human ancestors) in Libyan-Niger border.

604,003 BC: The Cassiopeans (an insect race) settled in Algeria, north Africa.

870,300 BC: The Orion sent another team in Perth, Australia.

79,743 BC: The Pleiadians arrived to Earth.

71,933 BC: Lemuria is founded as a collective colony. Many of these races are a pooled resource, located at a continent in the Pacific, composing of the Lyrans, Sirius A, Pleiades, Ursa Minor and Nibiru.

57,600BC: Atlantis is founded and the Pleiadeans, who had left prior to the fall of Lemuria, return. Other colonies include the Andromeda, Nibiru, Aldebaran, Altareans and Sagitarreans. With the exception of Nibiru, these colonists are oxygen breathing humanoids.

31,017 BC: Lemuria is destroyed by war.

27,603 BC: Atlantis is destroyed by war.

27,000 BC: The Sumerian civilization is established by the Anunnaki, establishing rulership of Earth under the dominion of the Ceecar overlords. Recorded history begins. The Anunnaki begin to establish themselves across the planet, developing their own unique monarchy of control through commerce, religion and politics.

The Archons arrived on Planet Earth at the end of the Last Cycle. They ended up influencing negatively the Ancient Civilization of Atlantis and are, directly or indirectly, the responsible ones for the Fall of Atlantis.


At the core of the physical Cabal there is a group of 13 Archons that keep controlling our planet for the last 26,000 years. The current Quarantine Status of Planet Earth was imposed by the Orion/Andromedan Chimera Empire because they brought with them their exotic weapons and forced the Galactic Confederation of Light to sign a "non-interference" agreement.


Our Solar System has been under control of Orion/Andromedan Chimera empire and their Draco/Reptilian minions for the last 26,000 years, effectively putting planet Earth under quarantine status, isolating it from positive ET races.

The Light forces were forced to sign a non-interference treaty which states that they will not interfere on the surface of planet Earth directly and in turn the Chimera will also not interfere on the surface directly. Although this treaty was quite harmful for the development of humanity in the last 26,000 years, it has also prevented humanity from being harvested by Chimera and their Draco/Reptilian minions directly. This is the reason the Resistance Movement agents are not contacting human beings on the surface of their planet. This treaty is also the reason why the Reptilians have not been massively eating humans for breakfast in the open in surface human cities after 1996 when their presence under the surface of the planet was huge, with 500 million entities present. This treaty is also the reason strangelet bombs were not detonated on many occasions. As soon as the Chimera threat is gone, the Light forces will intervene on the surface of this planet directly.

Through the current cycle, the Archons wanted to transfer their stronghold from Rigel in the constellation of Orion to Planet Earth. They engineered the planetary wars to cause as much suffering as possible, especially during the last two World Wars.


The main occult secret that the dark forces were trying to hide is that they always had a planet where they tried to accumulate the highest amount of suffering possible and that planet served as the central point of the accretion vortex for the primary anomaly of the whole universe. This planet of suffering was in the Rigel star system in the Orion constellation until 1996 Archon invasion, and then the maximum focus of suffering was transferred to Earth and since 1996, Earth is at the central point of the primary anomaly accretion vortex for the universe.

Earth-based dark forces tried to redirect the primary dark plasma flux from Orion to our solar system and especially to planet Earth with the Nazi concentration camps pentagram of evil during World War 2, with nuclear explosions after World War 2, with trauma-based mind programming in underground military bases since 1960s, with Draco infiltration into our Solar system through the Solar Warden secret space program front also since 1960s, and were finally successful when they opened a dark wormhole portal between Earth and Rigel in early 1996 after the Rwanda genocide of 1994.

Since then, primary dark plasma and dark anomaly flux is flowing towards the surface of the Earth. The energy of Al Nilam stargate and the White Fire of AN is the antidote to this flux. For this reason, our meditation was successful in finally beginning to address the root of all evil and started the process of removing it from the universe forever.

Invasions of the Archons



During the current cycle of 26,000 years, Planet Earth went through 3 major Archon invasions.

There were three main invasions of the Archons and their subjugated races such as Draconians and Reptilians from outer space in known human history. All of them happened both on physical and spiritual planes.

The first one is Kurgan invasion that happened around 3,600 BCE. Dark beings entered through Caucasus dimensional portal.




Their purpose was to destroy peaceful Goddess worshipping neolithic cultures that thrived in neolithic Europe. They wanted to destroy veneration of the Goddess since feminine energy is our direct connection to the Source:

The second one is Khazar invasion that happened around 393 CE. Dark beings used the same Caucasus dimensional portal:




The purpose of this invasion was to destroy mystery schools, Christian gnostic groups and nature worshipping paganism and replace those with Christian cult mind programming. This programming was enhanced with creation of virtual reality hells on the lower astral plane, which were then used by the Church to strengthen its position.

The third one is Congo invasion that happened in 1996. Dark beings entered through war-torn Congo, Rwanda and Uganda. Main focus of this invasion was on the etheric and lower astral plane. The purpose of this invasion was to destroy new age and ascension movements and to reinforce the Matrix that was already beginning to disintegrate in 1995 as a result of mass awakening on Earth. Most beings are not aware of this invasion as their memories about the Light that was present on Earth before 1996 were erased with intense implanting sessions between 1996 ad 1999.

Not by coincidence, the second Archon invasion occurred after the incarnation of Jesus Christ. The Archons realized that the knowledge being brought by Jesus Christ was portraying a real danger for their domain. They engineered their second invasion still during the Roman Empire and used the current Political Power of the Roman Empire to enforce their own interests. The Emperor Constantine The Great was the incarnation of one Archon, and his plan was to erase all Gnostic Teachings of Jesus Christ and create their version of the Christian Cult or Religion Mind Program.

The Jesuit Faction was created by Emperor Constantine when they erased all Gnostic Mysteries and imposed their version of the Christian religion through the Council of Nicea.


Jesuit faction: This faction was very powerful until early 1800s when the Rothschild faction took over. About 10% of Jesuits belong to this faction, among with some cardinals, black pope (Adolfo Nicolas), white pope (Joseph Ratzinger) and black nobility families of Italy. This group was created in the year 325 at the Council of Nicea where Constantine created Christian Cult in order to destroy gnostic mysteries (Gnostic Christianity included). It continued to thrive as Holy Inquisition and still heavily infiltrates many Catholic organizations. Its main sphere of influence is South America and Africa. Their main motivation was spiritual control and oppression of humanity. Now their main motive is simply to stay alive. After the Event, there will be a great purification of all mainstream religions as they will be aligned with the truth.

Sometimes an image is worth a thousand words. This drawing found inside a Catholic Church represents the Archontic version of their "Religion". After suffering a lot as an incarnated Human Being, the poor sinful Soul arrives in the "heavens" and is being received by "angelic" creatures that are there to punish the new arrival. Even Jesus is being portrayed as a punitive god with his wand in his wist. This forced mind programming is being used by the Archons to keep the souls trapped in the reincarnation wheel forever.




Gnostic Teachings of Jesus Christ/Sananda



Now we have to wonder. Who exactly was Jesus Christ and why his teachings were too dangerous for the control system of the Archons/Orion Chimera Group?

Jesus Christ was in fact, the incarnation of Sananda, the representation of the Creator God of this Physical Universe called Nebadon. He decided to personally incarnate on all 37 Planets of Exile because he wanted to understand by his own means what was happening in the lower dimensions. The duality experiment was already going too far and the Creator God could not understand why exactly the lost souls were still unable to go back to their zero points after experiencing extreme darkness.

During his incarnation, he brought the knowledge of the Archons, controlling the incarnation process in the afterlife. Intriguingly enough, the original teachings of Jesus/Sananda revealed instructions of how to bypass this forced incarnational process on that time.

Gnostic texts like The First Apocalypse of James were likely banned because of their "different understanding" of what Jesus' importance was, Landau said.

Incarnated Members of the Galactic Confederation of Light





But why do we always focus on the negative side of the story? It always seems that the Light Forces have let things happen without developing any real plan to end all suffering on planet Earth. Is this an accurate description of the current state of affairs?

Let's get back to the original purpose of the Planet Earth in the last Cosmic Cycles. The developing of the Human Avatar was a project being carried by the Galactic Confederation of Light for the past 900,000 years or so. The Human Avatar allowed the Souls who were incarnating on a human body to experience emotions and to learn how to love and respect each other.

A lot of members of the Ashtar Command are incarnating in the surface of the planet since the beginning of this Terraform Project. Our members already helped a lot of Human Civilizations to Ascend in different Planetary Cycles. The Galactics were directly or indirectly involved with the evolutionary process of pretty much all Ancient Civilizations that already walked on Planet Earth, including Atlantis, Lemuria, Ancient Egypt, Incas, Aztecs, Mayans, Equitumans, Tumuchys and so on.

Some Ancient Civilizations managed to Ascend, like the Lemurians and the Mayans. Others ended up not reaching the necessary conditions and were forced to repeat the cycle. The original plan was always to support all exiled souls and help them to get back to their center and inner balance.

Ukeron is only one example of all Souls from the Ashtar Command who were incarnating on Planet Earth during this Terraform project.

He incarnated countless times on the Terran physical plane, more precisely 224 times. He was in Atlantis, Lemuria, India, and ancient Egypt in the times of Amenophis III, Ramses III, and Imhotep. ~ May 27, 2019 - Meet Commander Ukeron from Galactic Pleiadian Delta Security Forces:


During the time of the incarnation of Jesus Christ, Ukeron incarnated and was closer to Jesus. He was the cousin of Mathew and learned about the Gnostic Teachings of Jesus/Sananda. In other incarnations, he ended up getting involved in the Roman Empire and participated in many Roman Governments.

After receiving his Cosmic Biography, Ukeron had to understand his own rescue mission on this current incarnation. Took him some time of inner introspection to understand why he ended up being involved in dissonant energies when he later incarnated as Claudius during the Roman Empire and helped Constantine the Great in his plan of domination.


The latter, Claudius, had just incarnated near Jesus, as Matheus's cousin [3]. And there he was always someone very "dubious" (skeptical) of things. His plan of soul was to imprint with Constantine the Consciousness of the Christ Truth. It was to help Constantine to have discernment and to expand this Christ consciousness, for he already carried this information in his DNA, from the incarnation he just had near Christ. But he ended up engaging in dissonant energies with this soul plan, became a supporter of energies not aligned with the Christ Consciousness and entered the "disbelief" that Constantine brought. With this attitude, it generated a direct karmic movement with the Christians. This is the reason Claudius is called to the Enlightenment of The Roman Line. His protocol was precisely to prevent Constantine from making some moves, and eventually ended up supporting what he came to prevent. Claudius acted alongside Constantine as an Intellectual Strategist. He used his previous experiences on battlefields and wars to help him get where he wanted to go. He acted as a political advisor to identify who was or was not in the interests of Constantine. It identified who would give in to political pressures, who was loyal and who was not. He set up plans of action aimed at fulfilling these political goals of Constantine. At important meetings, as an accomplished observer, he identified allies and enemies, and then reported everything to his Emperor.

As already mentioned, Constantine the Great was the incarnation of one Archon, and he came to suppress all the knowledge of the Goddess Mysteries and the Gnostic Teachings of Jesus Christ. The second Archon invasion happened in the third century after the incarnation of Jesus Christ. This situation could put in jeopardy this entire cycle of 26,000 years, since, in a Cosmic Scale, Humanity would end up having less than 1,700 years until the end of the cosmic cycle.

The current understanding is that this involvement with the Roman Empire was necessary because the Galactic Command had to realize that the Archons were already lost of themselves and would not be able to come back to their balance till the end of the cycle. The Galactic Command knew about their nature, so they knew that the Archons arrived to create a massive amount of human suffering, to create a karmic debt that would compromise the evolution of all souls still experiencing duality in the surface of the Planet Earth.

The Illumination of The Roman Line is a plan that is being already carried out by the higher spheres of the Galactic Command.

SURFACOM Missions Started from Mid-April



SURFACOM Missions where happening since mid-April of 2019. Is not by coincidence that during this timeframe the Light Forces could not release too much intel about the ongoing operations.


In the last few months since mid-April, planet Earth was fluctuating between the gamma timeline (Light Intervention) and delta timeline (Planetary Annihilation).

All intel about this was strictly classified as too much focus on negative timeline would increase the probability of its manifestation.

During this time, the Light Forces were clearing one very dangerous layer of plasma anomaly with toplet bombs.

This layer has been successfully removed on June 21st around noon GMT and the danger has been greatly reduced. Although some toplet bombs still exist, and some plasma / quantum fluctuation primary anomaly still needs to be cleared, the positive gamma timeline is now much more secure.

Not by coincidence, after the success of the operations in Berlin and Potsdam, SURFACOM members were contacted by the Light Forces and received intel about the "Tower of Winds" located in The Vatican. The understanding about this "secret room" allowed the continuation of the Plan for Planetary Liberation.


The Vatican's Secret Room: 'The Tower Of The Winds'


The Tower of the Winds, which is also sometimes referred to as the Gregorian Tower, was commissioned by Pope Gregory XIII and constructed between 1578 and 1580 by the famed Bolognese architect Ottaviano Mascherino. The tower, which is one of the highest structures in the Vatican, is endowed with an instrument called an anemoscope which determines the direction of the wind. However, despite this impressive equipment the tower was never actually used as a weather station. Instead, its purpose was to determine how accurate the Julian calendar actually was.

The issue of the accuracy of the calendar was a hot issue at the time and formed a significant part of the discussions at the Council of Trent in 1563. The major concern for the pontiff and his council was that the Julian calendar was inaccurate and this made the celebration of Easter potentially fall on the wrong day. Traditionally, the celebration of Easter is supposed to align with the Spring Equinox. During the draconian days of the Counter-Reformation, celebrating Easter on the wrong day was considered to be an offence worthy of excommunication.

In order to determine whether the Julian calendar was accurate, the Tower of the Winds was constructed. The lower level comprises of a windowless Meridian room with a small pinhole on the south side which is positioned in such a way that during the Spring Equinox at precisely noon, a ray of light should fall across a line on the floor. This ingenious architectural feat was tested for the first time in 1982 and it was found that the ray of light aligned with the line on the 11th of March. The Julian calendar indicated that the Spring Equinox ought to fall on the 21st of March, meaning that it was a full ten days off.

Later investigation led to the conclusion at the Julian calendar was inaccurate by a period of two hours every year. In order to tackle the problem, Pope Gregory XIII created the Gregorian calendar including the leap year which was intended to compensate for the surplus two hours a year. In addition to that, ten days were completely eliminated to bring the calendar up to an accurate point. This meant that the days between October 4th 1582 and October 14th never actually happened at all.


~ Inside The Vatican's Secret Room: 'The Tower Of The Winds':


Now we have to wonder again, why was so important for The Vatican to know about the equinoxes? Unfortunately, the truth behind this secret room has a dark nature.

The Vatican used all the ancient knowledge to maintain their control system. The Archons knew about the importance of the equinoxes and learned about the Neolithic Formations that were located all over northern Europe. Those neolithic formations are in fact, Portals of the Galactic Central Race. In order to use these portals for their dark intentions, they orchestrated massive human suffering, to impregnate such portals with extreme darkness.

Members of the SURFACOM realized that the majority of the Concentration Camps located in northern Europe were placed in the actual location of ancient Galactic Central Race Portals. The majority of the monuments inside the Memorials located in the former Concentration Camps are still remembering the suffering generated there. They even erected huge Obelisk or monuments that resemble the directions of the Solar Rays during the equinoxes.

The truth behind "The Tower of The Winds" is that The Vatican used this room to determine when exactly their Human sacrifices had to be carried on. Such practices through the last 2 thousand years generated a massive amount of suffering, keeping an immensurable amount of the Souls of Star Seeds entrapped under The Vatican.

Not by coincidence, the "Decree of Liberation" published in August 16, 2019 allowed the Light Forces to actively work inside the Planetary Grid in order to clear this massive black hole of darkness and set free all Souls entrapped there.


The success of the Berlin/Potsdam mission on August 11 triggered another huge cleaning up mission that started on the subsequent day.

This mission is clearing all the dark energies created by The Vatican and their Empire of Death during their Reign of Chaos. Their dark deeds can't pass unnoticed anymore, is time to finally LIBERATE all the souls that were forcibly kept entrapped under the Territory of The Vatican and all around the world.

More recently, we released the "Decree for Victory of the Light", which allowed the Light Forces to finally liberate Goddess Victory.


The Light Forces are progressively taking action inside the Planetary Grid to liberate all Goddesses being kept as hostages by the dark ones. Through force, they conquered territories and erected "Victory Columns" around the World to celebrate their own victorious battles, wars, or revolutions. What is hidden in plain sight is the fact that those "Victory Columns" were erected on key energetic vortices, with the intention to control or suppress the Goddess Energy.

The dark forces wanted to destroy veneration of the Goddess since feminine energy is our direct connection to the Source. In doing so, the Goddess Energy is no longer used for the benefit of Humanity and the Planet as a whole. Keeping the vortices of feminine energy suppressed alters, as a consequence, masculine energy, which becomes belligerent, oppressive and dominant.

The only way out of this loop is to liberate and embrace all aspects of the Sacred Female energies. But also, embrace all aspects of the Sacred Male energies. Both aspects must be properly understood and embraced.

Multidimensional Operations Solar System Reactivated



The MOSS - Multidimensional Operations Solar System - were initially mentioned in the beginning of 2015.


Since early last year (2014), the Light forces are dealing with the Chimera directly. Since late January this year, as the physical strangelet and toplet bombs have been cleared, they have started operations to clear this Solar System from the last vestiges of darkness. This operation is codenamed MOSS (Multidimensional Operations Solar System). This operation is still ongoing. Important breakthroughs have happened in the last few days. After the successful completion of MOSS and around the time of the Event, Disclosure and First Contact will happen and this will be the end of the quarantine status for planet Earth.

When I was flying over to America, I notice this Massive Gigantic "Arcturian Bow Ship" (Cloaked as a cloud), 39 Thousand feet up somewhere over the 33rd parallel north. The 33rd is a circle of latitude that is 33 degrees north of the Earth's equatorial plane that crosses North America.

This massive Arcturian Bow Ship Stood out like a sore thumb!

Obviously it was stabilising the 33rd parallel north, somewhere over Colorado.

The Galactic Codex and The Law of Intervention





Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the dark forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.

As the Galaxy was being liberated from the grip of the dark forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.

Taking into consideration the current situation on Planet Earth, we would like to call your attention to Section IV of the Galactic Codex.

Emergence of the Galactic Society



Humanity is a project of Galaxy-wide organizations that see genetics as the greatest technology of materiality. To this end they have chosen to cooperate in creating an optimum genetic vehicle for consciousness, one that offers the greatest opportunity to experience the creation.

Humans have been modified to not process certain frequencies by “deleting” the portions of the brain that would enable them to operate in those frequencies. We lack the ability to see the higher dimensions and planes of consciousness, something that naturally evolved animals still possess. This was done at first for exploitation and suppression, but has been turned around by Source so that after Ascension humanity will unfold into a spiritual butterfly of the most magnificent sort.

It may seem as though there has been a master plan to do this all along, but that is not the case. The original goal of our creation was to have a servant class capable of taking verbal direction in order to extend the capabilities of those who did the genetic manipulation. The ability to be aware of the higher dimensions was deliberately removed, as was the ability to live long lives, much like planned obsolescence exists in manufacturing. As in manufacturing, this is done for the convenience of the manufactures rather than the consumers.

It is not only our bodies that have been adapted for the convenience of those in charge, but our souls as well. Earth has been referred to as a prison planet” for good reason. The soul is real and exists independently of matter, but it’s memories of its experiences with matter are subject material forces, and so the advanced extra terrestrial races who have interfered with our genetics have used technology to intervene with our soul’s ability to store and recall memories of our soul’s history.

Together these two interventions have made humanity the perfect laboratory subject to craft the perfect vehicle for a Galactic Being. This is true because the soon to occur raising of the frequencies of our planet will cancel these interventions, and the genetic being with its eternal soul will become energized by the frequencies of pure consciousness, able to operate within the Creation using the power of their thoughts alone.

Humanity is important to the entire Universe. The plan, begun through service-to-self intention, has been taken over by Source. Choices made for the convenience of those who sought a servant have instead created the ideal vehicle for the expression of the intention of the One Creator. The reason for this is simple. In the genetic template they added passion and emotion to a greater degree than any other being, and by taking away their ability to see higher dimensions left them to seek truth without satisfaction, adding to this they eliminated the soul’s connection to its past. So when the human being dies they are filled with longing, and their soul’s release is powered by a tension unlike that in other beings. In the brief moment of death, the human soul returns to the creator and unifies for a brief moment, but because of so many unresolved experiences, cannot remain with the Creator.

This momentary bonding with the creator happens each time a human dies. Although it does not last long, the very fact that it does means that the human soul enters no-time and is in harmony with the entire universe during that brief moment. You can think of this as a sort of soul tempering, a process in which the soul is repeatedly exposed to the harshness of a brief life of uncertainty and them exposed to the intense love of unity before returning to the life of uncertainty. Each time a human soul unites with Source it gains a greater understanding and appreciation of Source and the Creation and a perspective of Unity. Humanity is precious to this Galaxy for at Ascension their vibration will spread across it with a higher loving frequency than otherwise possible. We are the spark of a new Galactic Civilization that offers peace and sovereignty to all.

The creation of an ideal vehicle for consciousness has been supported by the Galactic Council, made of all the Civilizations in our Galaxy in all of the dimensions. Although agreement has been present, many issues have needed to be resolved during our long evolution under their guidance.

Humanity is now ready to become independent and self reliant, and to begin our mission on behalf of the Creator.
For the above reasons, humanity is a gift to the universe and our ascension is well received, and eagerly anticipated.
